This Video filmed in 2015 describes how native Oregonian Darla's career began in 2004, before that she did not even realize she could paint! Her first finished painting was a landscape with a barn in it.
Darla became a professional artist in 2005 and incorporated few years later. She now paints daily and teaches acrylic painting techniques. Darla holds the patent for a transparent artist's brush holder that she uses when painting as well as teaching. Darla lives in Oregon. Read more here
