Students age ten and up may sign up for most of the acrylic painting classes. After signing up and getting into class you will be sent the supply list you will need to purchase for the first day of class.

Each class has a description. Typically Darla works with the students in the classs to paint a painting together, students may also practice techniques. Do you have a class suggestion of a family friendly image to paint?

D. K. Boljat Has led acrylic art classes for over 15 years! This is another class from the past. In all of her classes Darla teaches students the painting skills and painting methods she uses to create beautiful landscape paintings.

Painting the Ocean in Acrylic | Artist D. K. Boljat | Part 1 of 2
Artist D. K. Boljat painting in Acrylic. In this demonstration, D.K. paints ocean waves with acrylic paint. To paint along you will need a one inch brush and a small (size 00) fan brush, Titanium white, Ultramarine and Pthalo blue. Please purchase the tubes of paint like you see in the video. these are brand name Blick and Utrecht acrylic paint.

This is a simple ocean painting, D.K.Boljat teaches you all the techniques to create your own ocean painting. Be sure to rinse the paint out of your brushes!
