ORDER TIMELINE AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, or within 10 days in the U.S. unless otherwise stated or in special circumstances.  Unless otherwise communicated to you by Darla Boljat or D. K. Boljat Inc. Orders will be delayed to two weeks for Labor day weekend 2023. Orders may be processed within agreed upon times, but D. K. Boljat Inc. cannot guarantee exact delivery date. D. K. Boljat Inc. typically ships via the following carriers: USPS, UPS, unless otherwise arranged. 

RETURNS POLICY

D. K. Boljat Inc.’s return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately D. K. Boljat Inc. cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, D. K. Boljat Inc. requires a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to D. K. Boljat Inc. ‘s error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
